Rachel Kookogey is a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer with a specialization in corrective exercise. A former dancer, Rachel has 7 years of experience as a dance teacher and group fitness coach, and 5 years of weight training.

Rachel loves to help others make exercise more fun so they can be consistent, learn new things, and build their strength for everyday life. She especially wants to help more mamas stay strong during and after they have babies.

Rachel is available to train individuals and groups in general fitness, weightlifting, core strength, and mobility.
