Full Court Burn is a high-intensity, skill-based basketball training class designed for players who want to push their fitness and fundamentals to the next level. This isn’t just about getting in shape — it’s about transforming how you move, play, and think on the court.

Led by certified skill enhancement trainer Keegan McKinney — trained through Micah Lancaster’s elite I’m Possible Training system — each class blends basketball-specific conditioning with focused skill development. You’ll sharpen your handle, footwork, balance, and finishing ability through structured station work and innovative drills used by top-level pros.
Expect explosive movements, High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)-style intensity, and competition-based challenges that mimic real game scenarios. Every session builds your speed, strength, and in-game decision-making, all while torching calories and building confidence.

Keegan McKinney is a certified skill enhancement basketball trainer with a deep passion for helping others grow through fitness and the game of basketball. As the lead trainer for Full Court Burn at The Well, Keegan combines years of experience in personal training, strength & conditioning, and basketball development to create high-energy sessions that challenge and inspire.
From coaching AAU teams to training athletes of all ages, Keegan has dedicated his life to building others up — both on and off the court. He’s certified through Micah Lancaster’s nationally recognized “I’m Possible” Training system and is the founder of KPM Training, where he’s worked with players looking to improve everything from their cardio to their crossover.
Keegan brings a unique blend of intensity, encouragement, and technical know-how to every class. His mission is simple: create an environment where anyone — at any fitness level — can build confidence, community, and a better version of themselves through basketball.
