"Yogalates"

Blending the mindful movement, flexibility, and breathwork of yoga with the core-strengthening, alignment, and muscle toning of Pilates.

Kids "SUMMERGRIND"

For ages 6–11, focusing on fundamental movement skills, fun, and long-term athletic development (LTAD) rather than early specialization. At this stage, the primary goals are to instill a love for physical activity, develop coordination, and lay the groundwork for future sports success.
